CTRON Loop helps freelancers, founders and small teams get everyday work done with AI. You upload your own files, bring your own AI key (or use managed AI), run tasks from one simple box, and save repeatable work as loops, every output grounded in your own knowledge.

BYOK means bring your own key: you connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Perplexity key, that usage is billed by your provider, and we never charge you for it. It is optional. Every plan also includes CTRON managed AI up to a monthly run limit, so you can start without a key and connect one later if you want direct control over model choice and cost.

CTRON Loop runs on those models, so it isn't either/or, it's how you use them for the work you repeat. Instead of re-pasting your context every time, you upload your documents and spreadsheets once and every task is grounded in them; you save tasks you repeat as one-click loops; and for spreadsheets every figure is calculated from your own file rather than guessed. For one-off questions or brainstorming a plain chatbot is fine. CTRON Loop earns its place when you do the same work repeatedly and need it grounded in your own knowledge.

You can turn on CTRON AI in Settings → Providers and run tasks without connecting your own key. It runs on open models through our inference provider, so your prompts are processed by that provider. CTRON AI is included with each plan up to a monthly limit and is not free or unlimited, it costs us per use, so it is metered. Bringing your own key remains the default and lets you run on your own provider account.

The current product supports PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, and XLSX uploads. Documents are processed into company context, while spreadsheet uploads are profiled for safe task grounding without sending raw rows indiscriminately to AI.

The product is designed around workspace isolation with row-level security and workspace-scoped storage paths. One user's workspace should not be able to access another user's data through the app.

CTRON Loop does not describe the product as a shared model-training service. Your task requests are processed through the provider you connect under that provider's own policies, and your workspace data is stored so the app can operate for your account.

Paid plans renew monthly. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal linked from the in-app billing page. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and keeps access through the current paid period.

Prices are set in GBP (with an approximate USD figure shown for reference). Where supported, checkout presents and charges in your local currency, and any VAT, GST, or US sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your location. You can add a business tax ID at checkout, and invoices show the tax applied.

Charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or where there has been a duplicate or clearly incorrect charge. The detailed rule is on the Refund Policy page.

No. CTRON Loop generates AI-assisted business outputs that must be reviewed by a human before reliance, especially for legal, financial, employment, or regulated decisions.
