What is included in Pro?

Pro includes the real product: reports, dashboards, analysis, document reviews and reusable Loops. It is for individuals, freelancers, consultants and founders who want to build useful outputs from their own files.

When should I choose Pro Max?

Choose Pro Max when you need higher capacity: larger file sets, more sources, more frequent tasks, more Loops and heavier dashboard or reporting workflows.

Is managed AI included?

Yes. Every plan includes managed AI access within plan limits. You can also connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Perplexity provider when you want direct control over model choice, usage and cost.

Do I need to connect an API key?

No. Start with managed AI. Connecting your own provider is optional and useful when you want more control over models, usage and cost. Your workflows stay the same either way.

Can I switch or cancel?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Settings > Billing. Stripe handles billing, taxes and subscription changes.

Are prices shown with tax?

Prices are shown in GBP before tax. VAT, GST or sales tax may be added at checkout based on your location.
